Ukrainian officials also said that electricity and water supply in the Kharkiv region had been restored by about 80 percent, after Russian attacks on power stations and other infrastructure on Sunday caused power outages across Ukraine. Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov wrote on Telegram, ‘You are a hero. Thanks to everyone who did everything possible to bring city life to normal as soon as possible during the difficult night for Kharkiv.’
