British Defense Minister informed Parliament
British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace told parliament on Thursday that a Russian fighter jet fired a missile at an unarmed British spy plane patrolling international airspace over the Black Sea on September 29. He told lawmakers that Russia blamed a technical fault for the incident. In such a situation, fighter planes are now going in escort with British spy planes. He said Britain had suspended its patrols in the Black Sea region following the incident. The British government had expressed concern about the matter to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.
Russian Defense Minister admitted mistake, said – there was a technical fault
Wallace said in a reply to the Russian Defense Minister on October 10 that he had investigated the circumstances of the incident. He said the incident took place due to a technical snag in the Sukhoi Su-27 fighter jet. He also admitted that the incident took place in international airspace. He said British patrol planes are now escorted by fighter jets. Wallace said a UK ally had been informed of the incident.
The world feared by the fear of third world war
This latest development between Britain and Russia has raised the risk of a third world war in the world. It is feared that if any aircraft, warship or soldiers of America or Britain are attacked, then the world will have to see a new war. Japan’s attack on Pearl Harbor during World War II forced America to join the war. For this reason America had nuclear attack on two cities of Japan.
