Hindu-American Summit: The first Hindu-American summit is going to be organized in the US Parliament on June 14, 2023. The purpose of this conference is to raise the concerns of Hindus spread across the country and the world. According to the Hindu-Americans for Hindu Political Action Committee, in a first, more than 20 groups of eminent Indian-Americans spread across the US will gather in the US Capitol with the aim of increasing political participation. The organizers of the summit believe that the Speaker of the US House of Representatives, Kevin McCarthy, and several other prominent lawmakers from the Republican and Democratic parties will also address the summit.

According to cardiologist Dr. Romesh Japra, one of the organizers of this mega Hindu-American summit, the purpose of holding this conference in the US Capitol is to raise the growing concerns of the Hindu community. For which there will be a gathering of about 130 eminent Indian-American leaders from across America from Florida, New York, Boston, Texas, California and Chicago. Through this American Hindu Coalition, American Hindu Federation, Americans for Equality PAC, Ekal Vidyalaya, Federation of Indian Americans, Foundation for Indian and Indian Diaspora Studies, Hindu Action, Hindu Action PAC of Florida, Hindu PACR, Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh, America’s Hindu University, Kashmir Hindu Foundation, Patriot America, Sewa International, US India Relations Council and World Hindu Council of America.

Know what is the purpose of this conference
Organizer Dr. Japra says that the Hindu community will form a caucus in the House of Representatives working to protect the interests of American Hindus. So that by bringing the Hindu community together, its political participation can be strengthened by increasing it. It aims to provide funds to strengthen leaders who will work towards Hindu values and principles. At the same time, he will work on their fears, hatred and immigration concerns to help the Hindu community.
