Will neither forget nor forgive, taught a befitting lesson to Pakistan
After the attack on the Brigade Headquarters of the Indian Army in Uri on 18 September 2016, India gave a befitting reply to Pakistan. Ten days later, on the night of 28-29 September, 150 commandos entered POK (Pakistan-occupied Kashmir). After this the launch pad of the terrorists was destroyed. 38 terrorists were killed in this attack. Jaish-e-Mohammed had claimed responsibility for the Pulwama attack. The name of the terrorist who carried out the incident was Adil Ahmed Dar. The terrorists involved in the attack like Sajjad Bhatt and Mudassir Ahmed Khan were killed in an encounter by the army. The demand for taking revenge from Pakistan for the Pulwama attack was gaining momentum. CRPF also wrote in its statement – neither will we forget nor will we forgive.
300 Jaish terrorists were killed in Balakot attack
After 12 days, that time of revenge has come. After Pulwama terror attack, India once again targeted terrorist camps in Pakistan. Fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force entered Balakot in PoK. Around 3 pm on 26 February 2019, 12 Mirage-2000 fighter aircraft of the Air Force crossed the LoC and went to Balakot. After this, bombs were rained through air strike. About 1000 kilos of bombs were hurled at the terrorist hideouts. In this retaliatory action, about 300 terrorists of Jaish-e-Mohammed were killed. India had also withdrawn the Most Favored Nation status from Pakistan after the Pulwama terror attack.
