Rajasthan News: On behalf of the heroines of the soldiers who were martyred in Pulwama, a protest is being held demanding a job for the brother-in-law. Here, CM Ashok Gehlot is justifying the demand being made by the heroines. After all, why are the widows of the martyrs of Pulwama asking for a job for their brother-in-law. Know what is the reason behind this
Social tradition of wearing brother-in-law’s name
If a girl’s marriage is ruined at a young age, then instead of keeping her a lifelong widow, there is a tradition of remarriage. However, in place of remarriage, there is a tradition of accepting a person as one’s bride by wearing a bangle in his name, which is called Nata Pratha. There is a tradition of wearing bangles along with brother-in-law, other relative or any other person after the permission of Veerangana and her Pihar Paksha. Some heroines live in their in-laws’ house and start a new life by wearing bangles in the name of brother-in-law and accepting him as their husband. Two heroines of Pulwama are going to do something similar. That is why she is demanding a compassionate job for her brother-in-law.
Brother-in-law’s name bangle worn by Martyr Jeetram’s heroine
Heroine Sundari Devi of Shaheed Jitram Gurjar, a resident of Bharatpur city, has worn the bangle of her brother-in-law’s name. Means she has accepted brother-in-law Vikram Singh as her bridegroom after the consent of her in-laws and Pihar side. He has also had a boy and a girl from Vikram Singh. The relatives of Sundari Devi believe that the age of the heroine is short, her whole life is still in front of her. In such a situation, the family can easily survive if Vikram Singh gets a job. In such a situation, the government should give a compassionate job to Vikram Singh.
Similar case with Rohitashv’s heroine
Martyr Rohitashw Lamba’s heroine, a resident of Govindpura village in Shahpura tehsil of Jaipur district, is also seeking a compassionate job for her brother-in-law. When Rohitashv was martyred, Veerangana’s son was only one and a half years old, today he is five and a half years old. Jitendra Lamba is also shouldering the responsibility of the martyr’s heroine, her son and the entire family. Although Jitendra Lamba is married, Veerangana’s in-laws and family members want Martyr’s wife Manju to wear brother-in-law’s bangle so that she can start her new life. Manju also has no objection to this. For this reason, a compassionate job is being demanded for Jitendra, the brother-in-law of Virangana.
Relatives have been given government jobs in Gurjar movement
Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Kirodilal Meena says that a few years ago there was a Gujjar movement in Rajasthan, in which 70 Gujjars died. During that time the state government has given government jobs to the relatives and relatives of many of the deceased. In such a situation, by changing the rules, the demands of the heroines should also be considered, so that they can live their lives properly. Continuous agitation is being done for this demand.
