The only fault is that he complained about paper leak
The only fault of Sunita Sain and Sukhi Chowdhary is that they had lodged a complaint about the paper leak of the Community Health Officer Recruitment Examination held on 19 February 2023. Since the CHO contract recruitment paper had arrived on Sunita’s mobile even before the commencement of the examination. In such a situation, Sunita and Sukhi were determined to disclose the matter. On February 21, while registering a complaint with the SOG, the officers kept Sunita’s mobile for investigation. Sunita was told that you will give back your mobile in two-three days. Even after passing of 2 months, SOG has not returned Sunita’s mobile.
Investigation completed, yet mobile not returned
On Tuesday, 19th April, SOG’s ADG Ashok Rathod met the media in connection with the senior teacher recruitment examination paper leak case. During this, he was also asked the question that the paper of CHO recruitment exam had also gone viral on social media. The candidates had also lodged a complaint with the SOG. What happened to that case? Responding to this, ADG Ashok Rathore said that after completing the investigation that SOG had to do, the report has been submitted to the concerned agency. Now further decision has to be taken by the agency conducting the examination (Rajasthan State Staff Selection Board). That is, SOG has accepted that the investigation has been completed on their behalf. Despite this, Sunita San’s mobile has not been returned to him.
Know what is the CHO paper leak case
On February 19, 2023, the Community Health Officer (CHO) contractual recruitment examination was held. The paper had gone viral on social media even before the commencement of the examination. The evidence of this was provided by the candidates Sunita Sain and Sukhi Chowdhary to the board and SOG. The person who sent the CHO paper on Sunita San’s mobile. That young man had also reached the SOG himself. He accepted that he had received 12 pages of CHO paper from international number on his mobile with questions and options written on it. 87 out of 100 questions came exactly in the exam. The Government of Rajasthan is recruiting for 3531 posts of Community Health Officer (CHO) on contract basis. For this recruitment notification was issued in December 2022. Written examination was held on Sunday 19th February in Jaipur, Kota and Ajmer. A total of 92,049 candidates were registered for CHO recruitment out of which 81,585 candidates appeared for the exam. Shortly after the exam, news came that the written exam paper was leaked two hours before the exam started. The CHO recruitment exam paper reached the mobile of many candidates through WhatsApp. At first, the Rajasthan Employees Board, which conducted the exam, termed the paper leak incident as a rumour. Later, when hundreds of candidates reached the board and showed evidence from the paper leak, the board asked the SOG to conduct an inquiry.
The candidates presented these proofs
Sunita Sain, a resident of Jhunjhunu, used to prepare for the CHO recruitment exam while staying in Jaipur. Its examination center was in Shastri Nagar, Jaipur. On February 19, at around 9.15 am, Sunita had submitted her mobile at the examination centre. A few minutes after the exam was over, she took her mobile and reached back to the room. When I came here and saw the mobile, I was stunned. The paper of the CHO contract recruitment examination had come in his mobile. When matched with the original paper, 78 questions were found exactly. Sunita was shocked. Sunita called her friend Sukhi and gave complete information. Together they decided to expose the paper leak gang. He spoke to Upen Yadav, the youth leader who raised the voice of the unemployed, after which the matter came to the fore.
Sunita got paper from number 9414242822
The paper was received on the mobile number of Jhunjhunu resident Sunita through WhatsApp message from the number 9414242822. The paper had arrived on Sunita’s mobile at 8.2 in the morning but Sunita did not see the message. She was getting late to reach the exam centre. That’s why she didn’t check WhatsApp and after depositing her mobile went to give the exam. He saw the message after the exam was over. Then when matched with the original paper, 78 questions were found exactly the same. The young man who sent the paper to Sunita also made a voice call to Sunita twice on WhatsApp but she had already reached the examination center. So could not receive the call. Even after the paper was over, many calls were received on Sunita’s mobile but she did not receive out of fear.
The paper reached Vinod Meena at 7 am only
The name of the young man who sold the paper to Sunita is Vinod Meena. On calling Vinod Meena, he told that the paper had reached him at 7 am itself. This paper was received through his WhatsApp message from an international number. Vinod had forwarded this paper to many candidates including Sunita at eight in the morning. When the matter reached SOG and looked at the viral paper carefully, it was found that 87 out of 100 questions appeared exactly in the paper. Even after the passage of two months, the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has not taken any decision regarding the CHO paper. Thousands of candidates are waiting for the board’s decision. Candidates say that evidence of paper leak has come to the fore. In such a situation, the paper should be canceled and the examination should be conducted afresh.
