Patna/Samastipur: The heat of the murder case of JDU leader Mohd Khalil Alam, resident of Rupauli village of Musrigharari police station area of Samastipur district of Bihar has reached Patna. The matter will be raised in the budget session of the Bihar Legislative Assembly. Before the session began, AIMIM MLA Akhtarul Imam said, ‘The youth of Samastipur belonged to JDU. It is known that the police has succeeded in arresting one more accused in this murder case. The arrested accused has been identified as Kishan Kumar, a resident of Latbasepura under Musrigharari police station area. Police arrested him on Monday night. The police have so far arrested two accused in this murder case. At the time of the disclosure of the incident, the main accused Vipul Kumar, resident of Vasudevpur of Kalyanpur police station, was arrested.

It is known that on Tuesday, SP Hridaykant had said that a dispute over money transaction was behind the murder. Khaleel had taken Rs 2 lakh 75 thousand from the accused in the name of job.
