Government called for talks, doctor did not go
This bill was passed on 21 March. The already going on movement became more fierce after 21st March. On the instructions of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, the officials sent an invitation for talks to the doctors on the evening of March 25. The Chief Minister came from Delhi to Jaipur to talk to the doctors. At 10 pm, the chief minister’s residence was called for talks but the doctors did not go for talks. The officers kept waiting at the Chief Minister’s residence but the doctor did not come for talks. The doctors said that he would not come on a sudden call. Will hold a meeting with representatives of various organizations in the morning and later hold talks with the government. A video of this also went viral on social media.
Doctors adamant on withdrawing the Right to Health Bill
On the morning of 26 March, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot again went to Delhi. A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Usha Sharma at the secretariat at 3 pm on March 26. In which a delegation of doctors also participated. This meeting lasted only a few minutes. During the talks, the doctors bluntly said that the Right to Health Bill is unconstitutional. This bill is not acceptable, it should be withdrawn. The doctors also said that they should not hold any talks. Later the movement became more fierce. On Monday, March 27, thousands of doctors from Rajasthan took out a big rally in Jaipur. The strike of private hospital operators is going on and on March 29, the serving doctors also went on mass leave.
Right to Health Act is in public interest – CM
Doctors are calling the Right to Health Bill unconstitutional while the government is calling it in the public interest. The Medical Minister has clearly said that the government will give the right to health to the public. Will not take it back at any cost. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot says that the Right to Health Act is in public interest. Doctors should end the strike and return to work leaving their stubbornness as a humanitarian.

Describing the Right to Health Bill as harmful for the public, 57 points have been written through this advertisement. In these 57 points, it has not been told by citing any rule of the Right to Act Bill that the said rule is not in the public interest. There is a need for change in this. The people of the state are worried due to lack of treatment and the doctors are calling for a strike calling this bill anti-people. People are appealing to the doctors that if this bill is harmful for the public, then the public will automatically come on the streets, you end the strike and start the treatment.
