With the passage of time, the buzz of shifting the captains sitting in the district for a long time has intensified. It is believed that within the coming 1 month, the police captains of 10 districts of the state are to be shifted. If sources are to be believed, the superintendents of police of total 10 districts like Sukma, Bastar, Kanker, Dhamtari, Balodabazar, Bemetara, Raipur are going to change very soon. At the same time, in this election year, the officer sitting in the department for some long time can be given the command of the district.
State may get new DG in July
Let us tell you that by the end of July, Chhattisgarh may get a new DG. Presently Director General Ashok Juneja is to retire in the month of July. From this point of view, the director general of the state will change this year. State’s senior most 1990 batch IPS Rajesh Mishra can be made DGP in place of Juneja. At present such speculations are being made.
