Kedar used to dream day and night of joining the army. He cherished the dream of joining the army and used to practice running everyday. Like everyday, on Tuesday too, Kedar left home at 4.30 am for running. After this, his body was found hanging from a tree about 200 meters away from the house. Physical police station has removed the body from the trap and sent it for postmortem.
Being overage broke the dream of becoming a soldier
It is being told that according to the recruitment policy in the earlier army, the maximum age was kept at 23 years. Instead of which the recruitment of Agniveer has been started. In which the maximum age has been kept from 17 years to 21 years. This was the reason that Kedar had come under depression regarding his age. His date of birth was 30 June 2002. Agniveer’s recruitment came out in July. For this, youth with date of birth from 1 October 2002 to 1 April 2004 could apply to join the recruitment. Kedar could not fill the recruitment form after a gap of four months.
Wrote in the suicide note- Love you army, forgive me mother
Love you army, forgive me mother, Jai Hind brothers…. By writing this much in a suicide note, a young man preparing for the army hanged himself on a mango tree. He was obsessed with joining the army, but he was out of the prescribed age limit. This broke him so much.
Status was put before suicide
It is being told that Kedar posted several statuses on his social media account before committing suicide. In one status, he had requested Lord Bhole to have mercy. Kedar has two brothers and two sisters. Father does farming.

Kedar’s friends told that he was ahead of all of us in the preparation of the army. Everyone was stunned to see his running. Some time ago he also went for the recruitment of Agniveer, but he was dropped due to age limit. Then he cried a lot. Recently he appeared for the SSD-GD exam. Its result is not yet out.
