What should be eaten for dinner?
Rules have been given in Ayurveda regarding dinner. According to Ayurvedic doctor Varalakshmi, light foods should be eaten in dinner, which can be easily digested. Curd

Red meat
In winter, people like to eat red meat for dinner. Because, it gives heat to the body. But this food is hot as well as heavy. Which can imbalance your pitta and kapha dosha. According to Ayurvedic doctors, red meat should not be eaten at night.
What should not be eaten for dinner?
Cold Fruits
Eating fresh fruits is healthy. But consuming them at night is like poison. Because, it is very light and cold. Which can not only cause cold and cold, but also prove to be incomplete food for you.
Processed Sweet and Salty Snack
Some people like to eat salty snacks or processed sweets before going to sleep at night. But it is very harmful for your health. Because, such ingredients are mixed in them, which become the cause of addiction. At the same time, it spoils the health of your stomach.
Have dinner 3 hours before sleeping at night
According to Ayurveda, a light and nutritious meal at night is not enough. Rather you should have dinner 3 hours before sleeping. Due to which the food gets full time to digest and the body gets adequate nutrition. Otherwise it may cause problems like constipation, gas, flatulence.
