New Delhi: Cricket’s oldest rivalry Ashes is going to start from Friday. This time this Ashes series is being played in England. The first match will be played in Birmingham and with this the thrill of cricket will be on its head. For both these countries, this Ashes series is considered one of the most important and biggest series in cricket. Both the teams do not want this series to go with them and hence give their best. In the year 1882, England got defeated by Australia at their home The Oval. This defeat was very stinging to the English media because it was England’s first defeat at the hands of Australia.
