Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) has released the February 2023 Car Sales Report. The Indo-Japanese company sold a total of 1,47,467 cars last month, registering a monthly growth of 0.08% and 10.09% year-on-year growth. In January 2023, Maruti Suzuki sold 1,47,348 cars, while in February 2022, the company sold 1,33,948 cars. Maruti Suzuki sells cars like the Alto 800, Alto K10, S-Presso, Celerio, Ignis, WagonR and Swift in the hatchback segment as well as the Dzire, Tour S and Ciaz in the sedan segment in the Indian market. At the same time, it sells cars like Brezza, Grand Vitara and XL6 in the SUV segment as well as Ertiga in the MPV segment.
Sold more than one lakh cars in the mini and compact segments last month
Maruti Suzuki sold a total of 21,875 units of Alto and S-Presso in February 2023 in the mini segment. Whereas, Baleno, Celerio, Dzire, Ignis, Swift, Tour S and WagonR sold a total of 79,898 units. Midsize sedan Maruti Ciaz sold only 792 units last month.
How many utility vehicles did Maruti Suzuki sell last month?
Looking at the Maruti Suzuki February 2023 Car Sales Report, a total of 33,550 units of Brezza, Ertiga, S-Cross, XL6 and Grand Vitara were sold last month. Maruti Suzuki Eeco sold a total of 11,352 units in February. A total of 3356 units of the Super Carry have been sold in the Light Commercial Vehicle segment. In this way, Maruti Suzuki has sold a total of 150823 units of passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles last month.
How many cars of Maruti Exports were exported?
