Alto’s bumper sale in the festive season
Talking about the top 10 best selling cars in India, the Maruti Suzuki Alto sold a total of 21,260 units, which is an annual sales of 22 percent. It is followed by Maruti Suzuki WagonR, which has sold a total of 17,945 units in October last and is with an annual growth of 45 percent. At number three is the Maruti Suzuki Swift, which sold 17,231 units last month with an annual growth of 88 per cent. The fourth best selling car was the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, with a total of 17,149 units sold last month and registering an annual growth of 10 per cent. The fifth best selling car was the Tata Nexon, with a total of 13,767 units sold last month, registering a 36% annual growth rate.

Annual sales of most cars increased
Maruti Suzuki Dzire DZire ranked sixth in the list of Top 10 Best Selling Cars of October 2022 with a total sales of 12,321 units and a year-on-year growth of 53 per cent. It is followed by the popular compact SUV Hyundai Creta, which has sold a total of 11,880 units with an annual growth of 84 per cent. At number eight in the list is Tata Punch, which has sold 10,982 units in the last month with an annual growth of 30 per cent. Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is at number 9 in the top 10 list and has sold 10,494 units, which shows an annual decline of 19 per cent. Last on the list is the Maruti Suzuki Brezza, which has sold a total of 9,941 units last month with an annual growth of 24 per cent.
