Diamond necklace in lieu of transfer-posting
Farah Gogi had a lot of influence in the Imran government. She was even called the ‘real Chief Minister of Punjab’ because there were allegations that she used to take all the decisions there. PML-N had also alleged that she used to take bribe for transfer-posting in Punjab province on Imran’s behalf. Maryam Nawaz had claimed that all this used to happen at the behest of Bushra Bibi. Farah Gogi is accused of a scam of 264 crore Indian rupees ($ 32 million). In two leaked audios in the year 2022, Farah was asking for a set of diamond necklaces for Bushra Bibi in lieu of opening a project site.
