Washington : The universe is infinite, it is difficult to find its ends not only in physics but also in our imaginations. In the past, the Earthlings saw the farthest sight of space ever, which was captured by NASA’s James Webb in his infrared camera. During this, James Webb recorded another amazing video in which the last moments of a dying star can be seen. Sharing its picture, NASA wrote, ‘Webb has given us a ring.’
According to reports, the Southern Ring Planetary Nebula is visible in James Webb’s video. NASA explained in its blog post that planetary nebulae are balls of gas and dust emanating from dying stars. The Southern Ring Planetary Nebula, located 2500 light years away from Earth, was hidden from astronomers until now. But with the help of James Webb, scientists can now get a closer look at a dying star at the center of the nebula.
Now the secrets inside the nebula will be revealed
JWST used two cameras to capture this amazing footage, NGC 3132, in the infrared. James Webb’s data and photos will prove to be very helpful for researchers. “With the help of James Webb, astronomers can see many more details of this type of planetary nebula,” NASA experts said. Recently James Webb has also released the photo of the oldest galaxy and spiral galaxy.
James Webb Spiral Galaxy: What Hubble could not do, James Webb did it… A galaxy with 100 billion stars seen spinning for the first time! Hiding Black Hole?
James showed the rotating galaxy
Messier 74, also known as NGC 628, is the best example of a spiral galaxy. James Webb has captured a picture of a distant galaxy using his NIR camera (Near Infrared Camera). Billions of stars and both rotating arms of the Galaxy are seen in the picture. But scientists are interested in this galaxy because of the possibility that a black hole may exist in its center.
