Dense schools of menhaden are found from Canada to South America. “Shallow water warms more quickly than deep water, so if a school of menhaden gets trapped in shallow water, the fish begin to suffer from hypoxia,” the officials added in the Facebook post.

Fish died due to lack of oxygen

An official told in this matter that due to climate change, the water temperature changes, the water starts heating up more rapidly, due to which such incidents increase rapidly.
On the other hand, for your information, let us tell you that the fishermen of Chile had recently caught a very big fish. The length of this fish was said to be around 16 feet. A crane had to be used to catch it. The local people captured this incident on camera and made it viral.
