Taliban said – thank you
Recently, when the most terrible earthquake occurred in Afghanistan, India once again extended a helping hand. More than 1,000 people died due to this earthquake on the Afghanistan-Pakistan border. Help was also sent to Afghanistan from Iran, Qatar and Pakistan. On the help sent by India, the Chinese agency Xinhua quoted the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as saying that there was nothing in this help about which anything should be said. However, the Taliban thanked the help from India. For some time, efforts are being made by India and the Taliban to open the way for talks. The Indian side has met Taliban representatives several times in the last one year. The Taliban has also assured India that it understands its concern related to terrorism.
biggest challenge
Despite the confidence of the Taliban, the biggest challenge before India is Pakistan. Whatever is going on between India and Taliban, Pakistan is closely monitoring it. For the past many years, Pakistan has been putting this thinking in front of the world that India is using Afghanistan’s land to destabilize it. In such a situation, Pakistan would not like that India is present in Afghanistan in any way. Pak will never be happy with the chemistry between India and Taliban. Taliban has always been considered as the ally of Pakistan who can stop India’s presence. But this is not happening since last one year. Somewhere, Pakistan will not be happy with this at all and will try its best to stop it.
China’s influence
According to experts, in the current situation, India will have to do everything that is necessary for relations with Taliban. India’s friendly projects here will earn him the status of a trusted partner. China is increasing its influence in Afghanistan and in such a situation, this step of India can reduce its impact. If this happens, then Pakistan will also have no other option but to come together. In the last two decades, India has completed more than 400 important infrastructure projects in Afghanistan in 34 Afghan provinces. It has also emphasized on trade and bilateral relations. The biggest important issue facing India at this time is to establish a corridor through Pakistan through which humanitarian aid can be delivered. It will be known only in the coming time that how India is able to face the challenges present in the form of China and Pakistan.
