Russia has increased its military presence mostly in the north and northeast of Ukraine. It also includes a major airbase in Ukraine’s southeast and Crimea, which Russia took over in 2014. According to current estimates, about 130,000 Russian troops have besieged Ukraine’s borders. Russian fighter jets are constantly patrolling near the Ukrainian border. Also, Russia has deployed its S-400 air defense system on the Belarus-Ukraine border.
‘Exercise telling the preparations for war’
According to the report, it is believed that in the coming days, Russia can also start naval exercises in the Black Sea and Azov Sea. Western experts are describing these exercises as part of the preparations for the war. Russia has also sent its army to Belarus, which it is calling joint exercise. The exercise began on February 10 and is expected to last for 10 days. Western experts believe that this is just a hoax. In fact, Russia has sent its army to Belarus to attack from the northern border.
