In Sydney, PM Modi will address Indians along with the Australian PM. During this program, PM Modi will name Harris Park in Sydney as ‘Little India’. Harris Park is the area of Sydney where a large number of Indian citizens live. Although the number of Indian citizens is very high in the whole of Australia, but their number is very high in Harris Park.
Albanese praised PM Modi in G-7 summit
Australia PM had also praised PM Modi during the G-7 Summit in Hiroshima, Japan. He had said that there are so many requests coming in for him to attend an event for the Indian community in Sydney that he is finding it difficult to accept. The hall in Sydney where PM Modi’s program has been organized has a capacity of about 20,000 people.
