- TTP accuses Imran government of not honoring the agreement
The dreaded terrorist organization Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), which has created ruckus in Pakistan, has broken the ceasefire agreement. A month ago, a ceasefire was agreed between the Government of Pakistan and the TTP. The TTP has also accused the Imran Khan government of not honoring the agreements made on the ceasefire. After this, there is a possibility of increasing terrorist attacks in Pakistan once again.
TTP accuses the government of not fulfilling the demand
The TTP issued a statement late in the evening alleging the failure of the Pakistan government in fulfilling the six-point agreement. The agreement was sent to the Government of Pakistan through the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban Government) on 25 October 2021. According to the agreement, both sides had accepted that the Taliban would act as a mediator and both sides would form five-member committees, which would discuss the demands of both sides under the supervision of a mediator.
Both sides had agreed to ceasefire till November 30
Both sides also agreed to observe a one-month ceasefire from November 1 to November 30, 2021. In return, the Pakistan government had also agreed to the release of 102 terrorists. Now the TTP said that the government not only failed to implement the decisions reached between the two sides, but on the contrary Pakistani security forces raided Dera Ismail Khan, Lakki Marwat, Swat, Bajaur, Swabi and North Waziristan and killed the terrorists. Dropped and taken into custody.
TTP said – it is not possible to carry forward the ceasefire
The TTP said that it is not possible to proceed with the ceasefire under these circumstances. Earlier in an audio, Mufti Noor Wali Mehsud announced the end of the ceasefire and asked his fighters to resume the attack after 12 noon. The ceasefire became effective from 9 November. In the audio, Mufti Noor can be heard saying that since the TTP has not received any response from the mediators or the government, it reserves the right to resume attacks after midnight wherever their fighters were. Huh.
Pakistan could not take the talks forward
Official sources in Pakistan had earlier said that the two sides had agreed to start formal talks. Both sides had finalized five names of interlocutors for talks. The government’s negotiating team consisted of two senior civilian officers with good experience of serving in conflict zones. While the TTP said it had formed a five-member committee for talks, it did not yield any result.
These terrorists will increase the problems of Imran Khan
TTP terrorists can increase the problems of Imran government by attacking Pakistani army. Even before this, these terrorists had created terror in many provinces including Imran Khan’s home state Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan. For the past one month, the TTP attacks were stopped due to the peace deal.
