The anger of Pakistanis is increasing due to poverty, unemployment and hunger. According to the news of Pakistani newspaper Dawn, people looted 280 gunny bags from the distribution center at Jamsher Kalan in Kanganpur. The officials present at the spot kept asking the people to follow the rules but the mob attacked and looted the truck carrying the flour sacks. Women were also involved in this looting.

A similar scene was seen in the city of Kot Radha Kishan. A truck carrying sacks of flour was attacked by the mob and looted 781 sacks. An application has been given to the police to register a case against unknown assailants. On the other hand, hundreds of protesters demonstrated and blocked Multan Road in Phulnagar against the administration’s failure to supply flour bags.

In Phulnagar, hundreds of people blocked the Multan Road due to non-supply of flour despite a long wait. The protesters raised slogans against the administration and demanded distribution of flour to the poor. People protested against inflation. Many videos of looting of flour are being shared continuously on Twitter as well. In two videos shared on Monday, women and children were also seen looting gunny bags. It was claimed that these videos are from Islamabad and Lahore.
