The power minister said, “In winters, the demand for electricity decreases across the country, so as an economic measure, we temporarily stop the generation of electricity at night.” He further said, “When they were commissioned today, frequency fluctuations were observed somewhere in southern Pakistan, after which each and every unit of power generation got shut down.”
