PM Modi holds bilateral meeting with Australian PM
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a bilateral meeting with Australian PM Anthony Albanese in Sydney. In the meeting, both the countries discussed to increase mutual cooperation. Along with this, both the countries have discussed on making the relationship better than before with mutual consent. The issue of energy and energy was also discussed in the meeting.
After the meeting, a joint press conference was also held by the Prime Ministers of both the countries. In which PM Modi thanked the people of Australia. The PM said that now we have come in T20 mode. Our relationship is based on mutual trust and respect. The people of India in Australia are like a bridge between the two countries.

The PM said that there has been a positive discussion between the two countries regarding the field of mining and minerals. In the meeting, we have discussed the strategy for the next decade. Migration and Mobility Agreement has been signed with Australia. Apart from this, it has been decided to form a task force on green hydrogen. India and Australia will cooperate in the economic field.
During the meeting, the attacks on temples in Australia were also discussed. PM Modi appreciated the steps taken by the Australian government against the separatists. The PM said that the attack on temples in Australia is not acceptable.
Before joining the meeting, PM Modi was given a ceremonial guard of honor at Sydney’s Admiralty House. After that the PM was given a ceremonial Guard of Honor at the Admiralty House. In the program in Sydney itself, PM Modi also announced the opening of a new consulate of India in Brisbane. PM Modi said that this was a long-standing demand of the people of India in Brisbane, which will be fulfilled today.
