An Indian-origin female blogger lost her life in a shootout between drug smugglers in Mexico. The woman’s name was Anjali Rayot, who hailed from Himachal Pradesh in India. Anjali had reached Mexico birthday with her husband on the previous day. Her husband Utkarsh told that Anjali died in a shootout of drugs gang war.
As soon as the news of this incident engulfed Anjali’s family in Himachal Pradesh, no one could believe that their daughter was no longer in this world. Anjali’s father K. D Rayot said that Anjali was in Solan with him for four months just last year, he told that Anjali had come to Mumbai from California to do a diploma. After completing her diploma, she came to Solan to meet us and was here with us for four months.

Anjali had come to Mexico with her husband Utkarsh to celebrate her birthday when this incident happened to them. On the evening of 22 October, Anjali had gone to have dinner with her husband, when Anjali went to buy ice cream from a store there, suddenly firing started there. By the time Anjali realized something, she had been hit by a bullet, Utkarsh first informed about this incident to Anjali’s brother Ashish who lives in Chicago. After that Ashish told the news of this incident to the rest of his family in India.
Anjali’s father told that his daughter used to work in Linkedin company, she was very smart in her work. Along with this job, she also used to do travel blogging, she loved traveling around the country and the world. Due to this hobby, she went to Mexico, where this accident happened to her and she lost her life. At this time Anjali’s family is in shock, they are preparing to bring Anjali’s body to India. Anjali’s family in India will bid her last farewell with all the customs.
