Maulana Hidayatur Rehman Bloch, a leader associated with the Gwadar movement of Balochistan in Pakistan, has warned the Imran Khan government. Baloch has said that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and the resources of Balochistan belong to the local people. Maulana Rehman while addressing the Bloch fishermen in Ormara said that no one will be allowed to plunder the resources from the Balochistan sea as these are the rights of the local fishermen.

Maulana Baloch was referring to Chinese commercial fisherman trawlers who are catching fish on a large scale in the Arabian Sea. According to the newspaper The Dawn, he referred to the telegraph being carried out by the Pakistani Navy and said, “If from now on, the Pakistan Navy does the wirework, then it will have to ask the people of Ormara about it, otherwise we will destroy it.” ‘
Anger erupts again in Pakistan against CPEC, tremendous protest in Gwadar
Employment is being given to Chinese citizens instead of local youth
Let us tell you that the Pakistani army is doing fencing around the area where China is building this corridor or is engaged in naval projects. Because of this, the entry of local people into these areas has been limited and their activities in Balochistan are also limited. There is also anger among the people here that employment opportunities related to this project are being given to Chinese citizens instead of local youth.

Geographical and political affairs expert Mark Kinra told that he has come into the limelight after Maulana Hidayatur’s movement was a little successful. He may be a little upset that his agreement with the government of Pakistan for the rights of the Bloch people has kind of failed as there are still Chinese trawlers in the area and businessmen seeking bribes and Complaining about illegal blockade points.

Will protest in Quetta with one lakh people

Maulana Hidayatur has clearly said ‘All the resources of this province are ours, this area is ours, CPEC, this coast and port are also ours’. He warned the Chief Minister of Balochistan that if his demands were not met, he would stage a sit-in in Quetta along with one lakh people. Their agitation will continue till the illegal blockade is lifted from the area and the movement of those trawlers is banned, he said.
