Now a new reason has started hurting the stomach of fundamentalists in Pakistan. The granddaughter of the country’s former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and niece of former PM Benazir Bhutto married a citizen of Christian religion on Sunday. So far so good, but the step he took after that, snakes returned on the chest of those who spread hatred.
Born in Kabul, 40-year-old Fatima is a well-known journalist and writer. He married Graham of Christianity in a very simple ceremony. After this both went to a Shiva temple in Karachi. Took the blessings of Bholenath and also offered milk on Shivling. He did this in honor of the Sindhi people living in Karachi, but some people found it distasteful. Because of this, a debate broke out on social media.

Nikah in library not marriage hall
The venue chosen by Fatima Bhutto and Graham for their wedding is being praised a lot. Both of them married in the historical library of former PM Zulfikar Ali Bhutto at 70 Clifton. During this, Fatima’s brother tied grandmother’s image on her arm. Both of them married in the presence of the first flag of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s party and their photographs.

Milk offered on Shivling
Fatima believes that she is a Muslim first, but respects all religions. She considers herself secular. On many occasions, she is also seen standing in support of the religion of Islam. Even in favor of burqa, he had said that it is the right of women to wear or not wear it.
Sindhis have dominated in Karachi since ancient times. In his honor, Fatima along with her brother and husband went to the ancient Mahadev temple here. Many local Hindu leaders were also with him. After this he offered milk on the Shivling. Seeing it as communal harmony, many people tied bridges of praise on social media. At the same time, some people expressed their displeasure over this. One person wrote that what was the need of this ritual after all.

Murder of grandfather, father, uncle and aunt
The blood of the Bhutto family is also involved in the politics of Pakistan. Many people of this family have shed their blood. There was a military coup in 1979 and dictator Zia-ul-Haq got Zulfikar Ali Bhutto hanged. In 1985, uncle Shahnawaz Bhutto’s dead body was found in an apartment in France. In the year 1996, father Murtaza Bhutto also left Fatima. He was murdered outside the house. Although Bua Benazir Bhutto became the Prime Minister of the country, she was also killed during a rally in December 2007.
