China’s propaganda newspaper Global Times has written in its editorial that, “China should be prepared for a military conflict in the midst of deteriorating relations with India. India should understand one thing very well – India will not get the border in the way it wants. If India wants to start a war, then it will surely be defeated in this war. China will ignore any kind of political maneuvering or pressure. Some things are also very important for China to handle the border dispute with India. No matter how many troubles India creates, China’s territory will remain China’s and we will never hand it over.”
China will not back down in war
Referring to the war in China’s newspaper Global Times, it has been written that, “The people of China know that both India and China are powerful countries that have enough forces and means to fight for a long time on the border. Such a confrontation between India and China will be quite regrettable, but if India is ready to do so, then China will not back down till the end. The conflict in Galvan Valley proves that China is powerful.

Earlier, India was hopeful that China would be soft on its approach to the border dispute and a good solution to the problem would be found on the negotiating table.
