British Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s wife Carrie has given birth to a daughter. Johnson’s office said the baby was healthy and the couple’s second child. Johnson’s wife gave birth to a baby girl on Thursday at a London hospital. The Johnson couple also has a boy who was born in April 2020. The baby’s name is Wilfred. Johnson also has five children from his previous marriages.
PM Boris got married in May this year
Boris Johnson married his girlfriend Carrie Symonds in May this year. This was the third marriage of 56-year-old British PM Johnson. The age difference between PM Boris and his wife Carrie Symonds is 23 years. Only close relatives attended this marriage.
Carrie gave birth to a son even before marriage
Boris Johnson and Carrie Symonds have been living together in Downing Street since Johnson became prime minister in 2019. Last year, he announced that he was engaged and planning for a child. After which Carrie Symonds gave birth to son Wilfred Laurie Nicholas Johnson in April 2020. Due to Johnson’s complicated personal life, the British media calls him Bonking Boris.
Johnson lied about extra-marital affair
He was once dismissed from the Conservative Party’s policy team for lying about an extra-marital affair. She has been divorced twice and declined to say how many children she had given birth to. Johnson’s last marriage was to a lawyer, Marina Wheeler. They had four children together but in September 2018 announced that they had split.
