A travel blogger has been tempted to pose with Indian soldiers near the tomb of Chinese martyrs killed in the Galwan Valley border clash. Taking strong action on him, China has sentenced the travel blogger to seven months in jail for violating the dignity and honor of the martyrs. At the same time, a local court in Pishan County, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of northwest China, has also ordered the blogger to publicly apologize through the media within 10 days. Let us inform that earlier China had refused to accept the conflict with India in the Galvan Valley, but later it admitted that 7 of its soldiers were martyred in the conflict.

Blogger, Li Qixian, who runs his blog on social media platform Toutiao News as “Xiaoxian Jaison”, visited the Kangwaxi Martyrs Cemetery in the Karakoram Mountains on July 15. This mausoleum is located in the Karakoram Hills region. It is alleged that he had climbed the stone on which the name of the tomb is written. Local investigations state that he posed next to Chen Xiangrong’s grave as well as laughing as he posed. Laughing standing near the memorial built in the memorial is an insult to the martyred soldiers. Which is very shameful. Li Qijian’s protest started after the photos appeared on social media. Then on July 22, orders were given for its investigation. After which today he has been sentenced to 7 months in jail.
