Agreement between Government of Pakistan and TTP
In recent days, at least 21 people, including 10 policemen, have been killed in fierce clashes between TLP workers and security forces. TLP workers were marching in large numbers towards Islamabad and demanding the release of their leader. Media reports said that Pakistan has reached a possible consensus with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) after nearly two weeks of “direct, one-on-one” talks. Taliban Interior Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani is being told the direct hand behind this conversation. Significantly, the agreement includes the declaration of a nationwide ceasefire and the release of some TTP terrorists, subject to certain conditions, as part of confidence-building measures. The TTP, however, said it was too early to lay down arms.

Taliban came out in support of Pakistan
According to reports, Pakistan is working on a two-pronged strategy with the Taliban government. On the request of the Taliban government, Pakistan has agreed to a peace deal with a group like TTP. It was said that if there was no agreement between the two, the Taliban government could take military action against groups threatening Pakistan. Let us tell you that according to reports, Pakistan and TTP have met at least three times in this matter. One meeting was held in Kabul and the other meeting was held in Khost. After which there has been an agreement between the two after going many times.
