Whistleblower Frances Haugen has been continuously targeting Mark Zuckerberg since the shocking revelations about Facebook (meta). He has asked Mark Zuckerberg to step down as chief executive of the media empire. Frances Haugen said Facebook’s parent company, Meta, which was rebranded last week, is unlikely to change the company if Mark Zuckerberg remains in office.
Mark should leave the post
Speaking at the Web Summit in Lisbon, whistleblower Frances Haugen said that Facebook has leaked personal data of many users and misinformed people. He further added that doing so would give an opportunity to someone else to take over the responsibility. Facebook will be strong with someone whose focus will be on safety. In fact, at the web summit, whistleblower Frances Haugen was asked a question about Mark Zuckerberg’s design. Responding to the question, he said that if Mark continues in the post that the problems of the company will not be focused. Changing the name does not solve the security issue. This is not a solution to a problem.

Many serious allegations against Facebook
He further said that Mark has 54% voting share in Facebook. He’s the chairman and CEO and I think at least the shareholders really have the right to choose their CEO and so I think it’s unlikely that the company will change if he remains CEO and I hope he sees that. Maybe there’s a lot of good he can do in the world, and maybe it’s a chance for someone else to take over the reins. Significantly, there have been many revelations about Facebook in recent days. Facebook has been alleged that despite being aware of hate speech and anti-Muslim content in India, it is not removing it.
