UP News: The dream of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath regarding the Film City project may soon come to fruition. In fact, companies from countries like America, Australia, Japan, Korea and Dubai have shown interest in the Film City project. These companies want to join the Mandali project. Representatives of these companies participated in the pre-bid meeting at Yamuna Authority on Thursday.
Yamuna Authority has prepared a plan to build a film city in Sector-21 of Noida. In the first phase of this project, Film City will be constructed on 230 acres of land. It will have industrial activities in 155 acres and commercial activities in 75 acres. Apart from this, villas, service apartments, malls and plazas etc. will be built here along with film activities. The tender process for this is still going on. Under this, a pre-bid meeting was called.
15 companies participated in the meeting
This meeting has been presided over by Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner Manoj Kumar Singh. Yamuna Authority CEO Dr. Arunveer Singh, Information Director Shishir Singh, ACEO Shruti, ACEO Kapil Singh, ACEO Vipin Jain and OSD Shailendra Bhatia were also present in the meeting. Representatives of 15 companies interested in developing the film city were present in this meeting, out of which representatives of 6 companies participated offline.
This much money will be spent in the first phase
Let us tell you that a target has been set to complete this project in eight years. Its construction will cost Rs 1,510 crore. At least Rs 50 crore will be spent every year in the first two years. Whereas, Rs 75 crore will be spent every year in the next three years. In the meeting, the authority’s consultant company CBRE explained about the project and also answered the questions of the representatives.
