Method of forgery with fake OTP
Some fraudsters have started targeting people through OTP. Where fraudsters make calls to customers by claiming to be a financial institution. Unblock the existing account and ask for OTP for new account details. With the same OTP is used to withdraw money from the bank account. At the same time, Airtel has alerted its customers about this.

Always follow these 10 rules
1- Do not share any financial or personal information over phone, SMS or email. Keep your MPIN and OTP confidential with it
2- Do not follow the guidelines of an unknown message. Delete SMS on your phone immediately.
3- Do not open suspicious websites and apps on which you have been given unreliable offers.
4- Do not share your information with unknown apps claiming to be UPI apps.
5- Do not share any confidential information through email.
6-Unexpected email attachment download links of incoming messages should never be opened.
7- Avoid making payments from your phone in public places. Also do not pay from computer.
8- Put antivirus software in your system, it scans the files downloaded by you
9- Always keep your financial password confidential, do not share its information with anyone
