Bihar News: Railways has issued a big update for railway passengers. East Central Railway has changed the schedule of 18 trains passing through Bihar. A new timetable update has been released making adjustments to the train arrival and departure times. Along with this, changes have also been made in many train routes. According to Virendra Kumar, CPRO of East Central Railway, train number 13236 Danapur-Sahibganj Express till now used to leave from Danapur at 4.50 am. Now it will open at 5.25 pm. It used to reach Patna earlier at 5.10 and open at 5.15. Now it will reach Patna at 5.50 pm and will open at 5.55 pm.
Similarly, train number 13402 Danapur-Bhagalpur Express will leave from Danapur at 4.20 instead of 4.25. This train will reach Patna at 4.40 pm instead of 4.45 pm and will depart at 4.45 pm instead of 4.50 pm. Train No. 15528 Patna-Jayanagar Express will now leave from Patna at 5.00 pm instead of 05.05 pm. Train No. 12350 New Delhi-Godda Express will reach Kiul at 4.55 pm instead of 5.40 pm and will depart at 5 pm instead of 5.45 pm.
Train No. 18625 Purnia Court-Hatia Express will depart from Purnia at 1.25 pm instead of 2.05 pm. Now it will reach Patna at 9.50 am and will open at 10 am. It will reach Gaya at 12.30 pm instead of 1.40 pm. It will open from Gaya at 12.50 pm. Train No. 13023 Jaynagar-Howrah Express will now depart from Jaynagar at 6.35 pm instead of 7.47 pm. Train No. 14004 New Delhi-Malda Express will reach Kiul at 4 pm instead of 4.07 pm and will depart at 4.05 pm instead of 4.12 pm.
Similarly, train number 03261 Fatuha-Buxar Passenger will leave at Fatuha at 4.20 pm instead of 5 pm. 03268 Patna-Kiul Passenger will depart from Patna at 09.05 pm instead of 9.25 pm. Train No. 03612 Sasaram-Patna Passenger will reach Patna at 11.20 am instead of 11.30 am. Train No. 03376 Buxar-Patna Passenger will reach Patna at 11.40 am instead of 11.45 am.
Train No. 03354 Gaya-Patna Passenger will reach Patna five minutes earlier instead of 9.40 pm. Train No. 03620 Sasaram-Ara Passenger will reach Ara at 10.35 am instead of 11.20 am. Train No. 03620 Sasaram-Ara Passenger will reach at 12.55 pm instead of 1.10 pm. Apart from this, timings of some other trains have also been partially changed.
Timings of Vande Bharat trains also changed
The new timetable announced by the Railways includes Patna-Ranchi-Patna Vande Bharat, Patna-Howrah-Patna Vande Bharat and Bapudham Motihari-Patliputra intercity routes. The Tata-Danapur line was extended up to Arrah. Recently, Dhanbad-Dehri on Sone Intercity was extended up to Sasaram. Instead of the normal six days, 13331/13332 Dhanbad-Patna-Dhanbad Intercity, Danapur-Jayanagar-Danapur Express and Rajendranagar-Saharsa-Rajendranagar Express are operating.
