Apple Watch Series 6 bursting with bloating! Company sued, users are at risk of serious injury!

New Delhi: The company is facing a lawsuit due to an alleged design flaw in the Apple Watch Series 6. According to the information, the company is accused that there is a flaw in the design of Apple Watch Series 6, due to which its screen breaks or separates from the watch, due to which its sharp edges come out.

Customers who are behind the class action lawsuit, the company has given the Apple Watch Series 6 design less space for potential swelling of the battery, which causes the battery to swell slightly for any reason, causing the display to break. It may or may not come out, which obviously leads to loss of the customer. Customers have called this a big problem and have sued the company.

Obviously, when the display of the smartwatch is broken or comes out, then its sharp edges can get hurt and the users wearing it are at risk because it is made of metal, so the sharp edges can cause serious injury. The danger also remains. Overall, many people’s smartwatch exploded due to which its display came out. As a result a class action law suit has been filed against the company.

“A detached, shattered or broken screen is unreasonably dangerous and a safety hazard,” customers said in a complaint filed Thursday in federal court in Oakland, California.

The proposed class-action lawsuit was filed by four Apple Watch customers. Included in the complaint is a photo of a deep slash on the arm of one of the customers, which allegedly happened when his Series 3 Apple Watch screen fell apart.
