West Bengal: Violence has intensified in West Bengal regarding the Panchayat elections to be held on July 8. For the past few days, news of violence has come to the fore in many areas of Bengal. At the same time, after the murder of a Congress worker in Murshidabad, the Congress has also become furious. After which the round of allegations and counter-allegations has started. Congress leader and MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary has orchestrated this murder. He has raised the demand of the Governor for the deployment of central forces in Bengal in view of the Panchayat elections.

‘TMC wants bullet election, not ballot’
Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary said that the atmosphere in Bengal has deteriorated again. Violence is happening in many places and all this is happening in view of the panchayat elections. He said that a Congress worker was murdered in Khargram of Murshidabad in the past. He alleged that the local administration’s protection to the accused of murder. Due to which he was able to execute this murder. He said that the Trinamool Congress (TMC) should clarify whether it wants ‘ballot elections’ or ‘bullet elections’. This kind of politics will not be tolerated at all.
Congress-Left alliance
The Congress, which was limited in most of the states of the country, now has to resort to alliances in the states as well. In the past (June 9, Friday), Congress West Bengal Unit President Adhir Ranjan revealed that this time the Congress will contest the panchayat elections with the Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPIM). He said that the Congress has tied up with the Left, whose information has already been given to the workers.
