Atiq Ahmed: A hearing was held in the Supreme Court on Tuesday (October 10) regarding the custody of two minor children of Bahubali Atiq Ahmed. In fact, Atiq’s sister Shaheen had filed a petition demanding the custody of Atiq’s two children living in a child care home. During the hearing of the case, the Uttar Pradesh government told the court that both the minor children of Atiq have been taken out of the child care home and handed over to Shaheen.
Sister took the responsibility of raising both sons
According to the information, two sons of mafia Atiq Ahmed, Ahzam and Aban, were discharged from Rajrooppur Children’s Home on Monday (October 9). He has been handed over to his aunt. According to sources in the District Probation Officer office, Atiq’s sister lives in Hatwa village and she had filed a petition in the court to hand over both of Atiq’s children to her. Atiq’s sister has taken the responsibility of raising both his sons.
The court had sought reports of Atiq’s two sons.
Actually, after the Umesh Pal murder case, Atiq’s sons were sent to a juvenile home. After this, the Chief Judicial Magistrate’s court had sought a report from the Dhumanganj police regarding the admission of Atiq’s two sons in a juvenile home. According to the police report of Dhumanganj police station, after the murder of Umesh Pal, Atiq’s entire family ran away and both the children were later found abandoned in Chakia. Keeping their safety in mind, both of Atiq’s sons were admitted to the children’s home.
Atiq Ahmed was shot dead
Let us tell you that on April 15, Atiq Ahmed was shot dead while being taken to the government hospital for treatment. Atika’s brother Ashraf was also with her at that time. Atiq-Ashraf was shot dead by assailants who had approached the hospital posing as members of the media. After the murder the attackers surrendered themselves to the police.
