Lucknow. UP Assembly Election 2022 Updates- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) UP assembly elections The target is to win 300 plus seats in 2022. To achieve this goal, only those who will meet the criteria of the party will get the ticket. As part of the election strategy, the party will cut the tickets of one-third of the MLAs and several ministers. 30-35% youth will be given a chance. Similarly, BSP will also bet on young and new faces (Uttar pradesh assembly elections 2022).
B J P (BJP) will conduct a survey of its MLAs in the month of August. Then tickets will be given on the basis of work and popularity. Non performing MLAs will be sent to the organization.
CM, Deputy CM and President are also in the fray
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, both Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya, Dr. Dinesh Sharma and BJP State President Swatantra Dev Singh will also be fielded in the assembly elections. All of them are MLCs now. Those ministers who are currently members of the Legislative Council will also be contested. Workers engaged in the organization will be sent to the seats of MLC.
Brahmins, OBCs will again give preference to Dalits in ticket distribution
Bahujan Samaj Party has also changed the policy of ticket distribution this time. Brahmins will get preference first. The focus will also be on OBCs and Dalits. This time the party will give tickets to more than 100 Brahmins. After this, tickets will be given to OBC and Dalits. The party will distribute tickets on the formula of social engineering. Party general secretary Satish Mishra believes that 13 percent Brahmins and 23 percent Dalits together are capable of forming the government in UP.
SP’s enlightened class conference begins from Mangal Pandey’s land
The Samajwadi Party will start the Brahmin convention from August 15 from Ballia, the land of Mangal Pandey. Due to the ban on caste convention, SP has named it as Enlightened Class Conference. Former Assembly Speaker Mata Prasad Pandey, former minister Manoj Kumar Pandey, Abhishek Mishra, former MLA Santosh Kumar Pandey and party’s Lok Sabha candidate from Ballia Sanatan Pandey have been entrusted with this responsibility. SP’s ally Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) will start brotherhood conference in western UP from July 27.
