Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann has said that if the Governor feels that after his letter, I will compromise for the fear of snatching the CM’s chair, then know that I will not compromise. Mann was replying to his letter to Governor BL Purohit on Saturday. Mann said that the governor’s letter gives a glimpse of his power hunger. He has a habit of giving orders. On Friday, Governor BL Purohit had given a letter to Mann, warning him to send a report to the President under Article 356 of the Constitution and initiate legal action.

After the formation of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Punjab in the year 2022, there is a constant tussle between Governor BL Purohit and Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. The Governor has written more than six letters to the CM on different issues.
