Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a program of the ongoing COP26 in Glasgow today. During this, PM gave the mantra of ‘One Sun, One World and One Grid’ to the world. Actually, PM Modi was speaking in the program organized on Accelerating Clean Technology Innovation and Development.

PM Modi said during this program that, “One Sun, One World and One Grid will not only reduce the storage needs but will also increase the viability of solar projects. This constructive initiative will not only reduce carbon footprints and energy costs, but will also open a new avenue for collaboration between many countries and regions.”
PM sheds light on ill-effects of fuel
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while speaking about the fuel, said, “The use of fossil fuels made some countries prosperous but it made the earth and the environment bad. The race for fossil fuels also created geopolitical tensions. Solar energy is completely clean and sustainable. The challenge is that this energy is available only during the day and depends on the weather.”

PM Modi kept his words like a global leader. He said, “I am hopeful that the collaboration between the ‘One Sun, One World and One Grid’ and ‘Green Grid’ initiatives can lead to the development of a shared and strong global grid. India’s space agency ISRO is going to provide solar calculator application to the world.
