Punjab Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu’s wife Navjot Kaur on Saturday hit out at party veteran and former CM Captain Amarinder Singh and her alleged friendship with Pakistani journalist Arusa Alam. Navjot Kaur Sidhu has said that during the captain’s rule, posting was done in exchange for money. Amarinder Singh used to take money for posting and give gifts to Arusa. Let us inform that before Navjot Kaur, Punjab Deputy CM Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa had also targeted Amarinder and Arusa Alam for their closeness.
Navjot made many allegations
Navjot Singh Sidhu’s wife Navjot Kaur said that Arusa Alam was so close to Amarinder Singh that posting of SHO, SP was done with the consent of Alam’s son Roshan. Arusa Alam was the DGP of Punjab Police in Captain Sarkar, Arusa’s son used to take money from Captain Amarinder Singh. Kaur said that Alam had taken a lot of money to Pakistan, and that the captain should also “go to Pakistan and enjoy his time with her there. He said that we never paid attention because I never let my husband (Navjot Singh Sidhu) come near Arusa. Will contest elections

Amarinder should focus on worship
Kaur further said that the new party of the Captain in Punjab is not going to make any difference to the Congress. Amarinder Singh should now meditate in worship and spend the rest of his life comfortably with Alam. It is worth mentioning that Navjot Kaur Sidhu had come to inaugurate the development work in an area of Amritsar where she made many allegations against Amarinder. Deputy Chief Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa took to Twitter to hit out at Amarinder Singh and asked the former CM why he was “disturbed” by the investigation into Pakistani journalist Arusa Alam’s alleged links with the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).
