'Murder of mandate in the name of ordinance', tweets Akhilesh Yadav in support of CM Kejriwal

CM Kejriwal: Akhilesh Yadav’s reaction has now come in the midst of a war between the Delhi Government and the Central Government over the right of transfer and posting of officers. Akhilesh Yadav has supported Arvind Kejriwal by tweeting. He has said that it is murder of mandate in the name of ordinance. Along with this, BJP has also been sharply targeted. Let us tell you that on Friday, May 19, 2023, the Central Government issued a National Capital Civil Services Authority Ordinance for transfer and posting of officers of Union Territories and for taking disciplinary action.

    Know what is the matter

Let us tell you that on the ongoing dispute between the Delhi Government and the Central Government regarding the rights of transfer, posting of officers, the Supreme Court had given the control of all the departments of the capital except police, law and order and land matters to the Delhi government. After which the Delhi government took it as its victory. After this, setting aside the decision of the Supreme Court, the central government issued an ordinance on 19 May. After which the Delhi government once again became aggressive. Before the Kejriwal government, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar supported the Delhi government by opposing the ordinance. He had said that “We have come to support Kejriwal ji against the troubles that Arvind Kejriwal is facing. If there was a BJP government in Delhi, then the Lieutenant Governor would have had the courage to do such work. The BJP will never make a comeback in Delhi.” After this, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has also come out in support.

    Know what Akhilesh said

SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has targeted the BJP government’s ordinance action at the Centre. Along with this, tweeting and supporting the Kejriwal government of Delhi, he wrote that “the ordinance of Delhi is an insult to the judiciary. This is the result of negative politics of BJP and also of democratic injustice. Targeting the BJP in the same tweet, it was written that “BJP knows that it will face a crushing defeat in all the seats in Delhi in the Lok Sabha elections, so it is taking revenge from the public in advance. This is murder of mandate in the name of ordinance.

The Delhi ordinance is an insult to the judiciary. This is the result of negative politics of BJP and also of democratic-injustice.

BJP knows that it will be defeated in all the seats of Delhi in the Lok Sabha elections, that is why it is already taking revenge from the public. This is murder of mandate in the name of ordinance.
