Lucknow. In Mission 2022, the cutthroat competition to oust the BJP from power is being seen among petty parties and alliances. While the SP is weaving a fabric of rift with the BJP with the Chillar parties, the Congress is desperate to show its stamina alone after being marginalised. Apart from this, the Partnership Sankalp Morcha, which has just been prepared for some parties, has invited Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya to join the front, assuring him to become the CM, as well as the formula to make five CMs in five years on the formula of Andhra Pradesh. has prepared. In these five years, a formula has been prepared to make CM of Backward, Dalit, General, Muslim and another class. At present, this formula is applicable in Andhra Pradesh, where there are five Deputy CMs apart from the CM and every year five Deputy CMs are changed there. The formula that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister S Jagan Mohan Reddy had taken two years ago to make five Deputy Chief Ministers in his cabinet, the same formula now wants to adopt Sankalp Morcha, a coalition of seven parties in UP. But the big difference between Suheldev Samaj Party’s Omprakash Rajbhar and S Jagmohan Reddy’s formula is that while Andhra Pradesh has only five deputy CM’s formula, Omprakash Rajbhar is two steps ahead of it. He wants five chief ministers and four deputy chief ministers to be made every year in the five-year government. There has been no response from the allies of the Bhagidari Sankalp Morcha, nor has any other political party given any response.
However, this formula of Rajbhar is not new to UP. Earlier, there was an agreement between the BSP-BJP to run the government for the first six-six months and then for two-and-a-half years, but it could not take shape. After the 1996 elections between the BJP and the BSP, as no party could get a clear majority, the assembly was suspended and President’s rule was imposed in the state for a year. After that BJP. The BSP found a way together and the matter of making the leaders of both the parties as chief ministers for six months was approved. However, these differences came to the fore within a year. BSP leader Mayawati completed her term, but after Kalyan Singh became the Chief Minister, she withdrew her party’s support after a few months. This type of experiment was done for the first time in the country. After UP, this type of experiment was done after two decades by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister S Jagan Mohan Reddy in the year 2019. In the 25-member cabinet, five Deputy Chief Ministers were made, in which Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, Minorities and Kapu community each had to be made Deputy Chief Ministers. Although Omprakash Rajbhar’s formula is even more different. Rajbhar believes that the Chief Minister will be changed every year. He also says that every year four Deputy Chief Ministers will be made in the government of Partnership Sankalp Morcha. That means there will be 20 deputy chief ministers in the five-year assembly.
Omprakash Rajbhar of Suheldev Samaj Party, who joined the government of Uttar Pradesh by supporting the BJP in the last election, has now parted ways with the BJP and has joined the Janadhikar Party of former minister Babu Singh Kushwaha, Krishna Patel’s Apna Dal (Communist) Babu Ram Pal. Parties like Rashtra Uday Party, Ram Karan Kashyap’s Vanchit Samaj Party, Ram Sagar Bind’s Bharat Mata Party and Anil Chauhan’s Janata Kranti Party have formed the Partnership Sankalp Morcha. Asaduddin Owaisi’s party All India Majlis.A.Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMEM) has also joined this front. Whereas Shivpal Singh Yadav, uncle of SP President Akhilesh Yadav, who broke away from the Samajwadi Party and formed his own party, is also in touch with other parties apart from Partnership Sankalp Morcha regarding his progressive Samajwadi Party.
