Political experts say that the claims of political parties look hollow.
predicting results
Political experts say that if we look at the voting trends and the commentary on the election analysis, then there is a possibility of a hung assembly in Punjab. Apart from this, the process of estimating the results regarding the first voting trend is going on. To find out what are the reasons behind the hung assembly and low turnout in Punjab, Professor Pramod Kumar, Director, Institute for Development and Communication, Panjab University, told that this time the turnout has been less as compared to 2017.
Elections for 117 assembly seats
Pramod Kumar says that guessing the result of Punjab assembly elections is a political idea. But in Punjab, elections have been held for 117 assembly seats, not for any one place. The results of the Punjab assembly elections will be shocking. It is clearly visible from the voting train that if the election is issueless, there is no influential political ideology, then there is a problem of voter scatter. According to the Director of DIDC, Congress had won 40 seats last time in Malwa region but this time they lost more than 5 per cent votes.

Won 18 out of 20 seats in Malwa region
The Aam Aadmi Party had won 18 out of 20 seats in the Malwa region. But this time the Aam Aadmi Party has suffered a loss of more than five percent in at least 14 seats. The Shiromani Akali Dal had won 8 seats in the region in the last elections. The same Professor Pramod Kumar says that the opposition parties near the election tried to surround the Aam Aadmi Party on the issue of Khalistan. And raised this issue in it, which did not have any widespread effect.
Due to the issue of security, there was an attempt to polarize the voters belonging to the Hindu community but the BJP got political advantage due to this. Barring the Aam Aadmi Party, all other political parties released their manifestos but failed to attract voters.
