Heart Failure: According to researchers, single and unmarried people have a higher risk of heart failure. When a person is unmarried then he is more at risk and he feels like getting married but due to this his mind starts getting stressed and this stress turns into a disease like heart attack.
The risk of heart disease increases with increasing age. Every year about 20 million people die due to heart disease and people who are single are at greater risk. Unmarried people have a higher risk of heart disease. There can be many factors for heart failure.
Heart attack does not occur according to the age of any person. It can occur at any age, hence no change can be made regarding one’s age, gender or caste. There are many ways to control heart disease.
Do any activity for 30 minutes as per your daily routine. Include exercise in your activity. Exercising cures many diseases of the body.
