Special preparations made at the ghats

Assistant Engineer in charge of Lighting Department, Aas Kumar said that more capacity street lights will be installed during Chhath. Temporary poles have been installed throughout the area. Om Prakash, Assistant Engineer, Water Works Department, Municipal Corporation, said that this time, in view of the large number of devotees coming to Hindon Ghat, special arrangements are being made to meet the need of clean water.
