Dotasara is counted among the big Congress leaders of Rajasthan. He had earlier been Minister of State (Independent Charge) of Primary and Secondary Education Department in Gehlot cabinet. ED is active before the elections in Rajasthan and Congress has accused BJP of misusing the agencies.
