Bareilly. The Upanishads say charaiveti-charaivetiā¦. That means keep going. No matter what the situation may come. Leave disappointment and frustration behind and move forward because life is the name of moving on. On the strength of this basic mantra, BJP has chalked out a strategy to win all the 80 seats in UP in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. BJP is trying to strengthen every booth by telling this mantra to its cadre workers. For this, those cadre workers have been put on the front, who have expertise in winning elections. The 30-day public relations campaign of the party in June is also a link to this mantra.

The BJP currently holds 12 of the 13 Lok Sabha seats in the Braj region. Mainpuri Lok Sabha seat SP got its patron self last year. After the death of Mulayam Singh Yadav, she has won with a big margin. In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the party has set a target of winning 13 Lok Sabha seats in Braj region and all 80 Lok Sabha seats in UP. The party will appoint a coordinator and a co-coordinator for each seat. Apart from these, the team of Mandal and booth will also be there. Panna Pramukh will also keep an eye on these teams. Apart from this, the BJP has started looking for those workers who have led the party to victory on the seats under their charge in the 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha as well as in the 2017 and 2022 assembly elections. One of these names is that of BJP’s regional vice-president Harshvardhan Arya. It is believed in the organization that whichever seat Harshvardhan Arya is given the responsibility of, he should return home only after winning it for the BJP.
Harshvardhan Arya was the convenor of the BJP in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections from Budaun. It was always considered difficult for the BJP to win the Badaun seat, which is considered a stronghold of the SP. But Harshvardhan Arya defeated SP’s veteran leader Dharmendra Yadav with his understanding and put the Badaun Lok Sabha seat in BJP’s bag after a long time. Harshvardhan Arya, who started his political career by joining BJYM in 1997, was made regional vice-president of Agra-Bareilly division in the 2017 assembly elections after holding various positions in BJYM. BJP’s then Regional Organization Minister Bhavani Singh, State Organization Minister Sunil Bansal were convinced of his dedication and working style towards the party. Overwhelmed by the work of Harshvardhan Arya, he was made the coordinator of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Azamgarh, Mau, Bahraich, Shahjahanpur rallies in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s election rallies in these districts were very successful. After the elections, the organization of the UP BJP got a lot of praise from the high command. In the recent civic elections, Harshvardhan Arya was made in-charge of Kasganj, where the BJP won four municipal seats. Whatever seat the Braj region and state BJP organization makes Harshvardhan Arya its in-charge, the lotus is sure to blossom on that seat. Political pundits say that the BJP has started giving a new edge to the preparations by taking out workers from its similar cadre and entrusting them with the responsibility of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
