when did the incident happen
Let us tell you that about 5 years ago, on July 20, 2018, in Alwar, Rajasthan, Rakbar and his companion Aslam were taking a cow on foot from Lalawandi village. Some people surrounded him on suspicion of cow smuggling. After this both of them started fighting. Somehow Aslam escaped unharmed but Rakbar was beaten up by the people. After this people handed over Rakbar to the police. Within no time, Rakbar died in several police custody. After this, the police arrested five accused Paramjeet Singh, Dharmendra Yadav, Naresh, Vijay and Naval Kishore for the crime of culpable homicide.

Rakbar’s post mortem report revealed
After the custodial death, the police had sent Rakbar’s body for post-mortem after filling the panchnama. According to the post-mortem report, it was said that Rakbar did not die in police custody. Rather, it was due to the thrashing of the crowd. The report said that one of Rakbar’s arms and legs were broken. On the basis of the report, the doctors came to 2 places and there was internal bleeding due to broken ribs. The second aspect is that 12 hours before the postmortem, the death was said to have happened at 12 o’clock in the night itself. When the call was given to the police at 12:41.
